Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

We stand behind our services and want you to be completely satisfied. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase, provided that the service has not been substantially utilized or delivered.

Contractual Terms Apply

Refunds are also subject to the terms and conditions outlined in your individual service contract with Shinerock Technologies. The provisions of that agreement shall take precedence in the event of any conflict with this policy.

Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are not eligible for refunds, including but not limited to services that have been fully delivered and accepted, custom development work that has already been completed, third-party services or licenses purchased on your behalf, and domain registrations and hosting fees.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@shinerock.tech with your order details and the reason for your refund request. We will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days. The time it takes for the refund to be credited to your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may issue a partial refund based on the percentage of work completed or services rendered. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis and communicated to you during the refund process.
